Jason Wright — As a guy that grew up in the country, but could. not. stand. country music—I found it refreshing the way Lil Nas X broke the genre with Old Town Road. It’s been a good reminder that my work doesn’t always have to be super technical or serious to serve a purpose. There’ll no-doubt be 20 more remixes by the time this goes live, but I think it’s safe to say we could all use more Mason Ramsey energy in our lives.
